This website (www.skyristhestudio.shop) is owned and operated by Skyris The Studio, LTD. This constitutes The Terms and Conditions of Use between Skyris The Studio, LTD. (herein referred to as "Our" and "Us") and the User (herein referred to as "You" and "Your). By accessing this website, The Brand Vault and Our products, you agree to have read, understand and abide by Our Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, you may not access this website or use any of Our products.

PERMITTED USES

By accessing Our Products, you are granted a non-transferable license to:

[1] Use and adapt the Brand Identity and Social Media Templates for the purpose of creating your own personal, business and client branding for an unlimited amount of projects. 

[2] Use and adapt Our Show-It Websites and Canvases for your own personal, business and client branding for an unlimited amount of projects.

[3] You may utilize Our Show-It Canvas Kit to create new website templates to sell with single-use licenses.*

*Single Use Licence refers to website templates that are sold to an individual for the purpose of them using it for their own website or for a clients website. You are prohibited from reselling Our Show-It Products as is, within other Show-It Libraries or Kits and as Individual Canvases. 

RESTRICTED USES

You may not resell or give-away Our Brand Identity or Social Media products and agree to not use them or the assets within them to create derivative templates to sell or a competing service. You may not resell or give-away any of Our Show-It Templates or Canvases; you may however utilize Our Show-It Canvas Kit to create new website templates for sale, as previously described in the Permitted Uses Section. You are prohibited from reselling or giving away Our Show-It Websites and Canvases as is, within other Show-It Libraries and Kits or as Individual Canvases. You are prohibited from giving or sharing your access to Our Products with anyone or third-party members.

LEGAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By accessing Our products, You understand and agree not to copy, resell, sublicense, rent, give, lend or further distribute Our products or any asset within them to others outside of the Permitted Uses Section. By accessing Our products, You understand and agree to be legally bound to Our Licensing Terms. Breaching Our Terms and Conditions of Use will result in revoked access to Our products.

INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP

You have no legal rights to claim intellectual ownership of any asset within Our Products. This includes, but is not limited to, the original design, animation code snippets, stock images or fonts. Intellectual ownership resides with a variety of stakeholders that have entered into agreement to allow the Permitted Uses of Our Products. Intellectual ownership of this website and all Our Products resides with Skyris The Studio, LTD. 

REFUND POLICY

Please note that due to the nature of digital download products we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. We also do not tolerate or accept chargebacks of any type from your credit card company. As such, we recommend and encourage you to reach out prior to purchase with any questions you may have if there is any part of this agreement that is unclear.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms of service.

RESULTS

While we feature authentic client testimonials, we do not guarantee any specific results from using Our products.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

UPDATES AND CHANGES

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Us governing your use of Our products. By accessing Skyris The Studio products, You understand and agree to Our entire Terms and Condition of Use and legally agree to abide by them.
